The question is, when have you not used green tea.

Green tea does have through its polyphenols inhibitory effects on catecholamine-O-methyl-transferase inhibitor therefore blocking degradation of NA, resulting in a longer effects at the level of the synapse.

Would work, but any effect would probably just be negated by spreading a half a dose over the course of the day.

We would need something that works through another mecanism of action.

Overall, green tea should be a staple for a host of reason, including its negligeable effect on pharmacokinetics of ephedrine.

Do you have Ephedra or Ephedrine? There’s a difference. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Ephedrine HCL sold for anything less than 12.5mg but I haven’t looked in to too many products as I only buy one of three.

Ephedra is the herbal form and usually has several alkaloids that may increase side effects. Ephedrine HCL is the synthetic that for most seems to be cleaner as far as feeling “it” goes. But you’re doing the smart thing in using the lowest dosage that you can at first.

Yea it’s 8mg tabs of Ephedrine HCL, it’s from Allmax nutrition and from canada also, maybe diff dosing regulations.

So, it seems for the first few days I’ll keep it at 8/200, then up that to 2x a day, keep that for a week, and possibly go 16/200 2x a day if i’m feeling ok. What have you guys found to give you the best results? As far as amount and times a day. And should I avoid it later in the evening?
