DZ, looking stronger than ever. Really looks like you’re busting your balls in the gym.

Thanks Eco! I’m not feeling too strong this weekend. Musta caught something, feelin’ like shit for a couple days now. Got my ass outa bed and cleaned up enough to get some work done on my tattoos today. If it didn’t take three months to get an appointment with this gal, I woulda stayed in bed.
Caught something that kicked my ass all weekend, and now my little one’s got it. That sucks, I’d rather get it all over again than watch her suffer through this shit.
Got into the gym today just to get warmed up and get some blood flowing. Weighed myself and I’ve lost 4lbs over that last three days. Back down to 210…I REALLY hope that was some of this fat roll around the middle I need to get rid of.
Did some weights, chest and arms. Low weight and high reps, nothing even worth recording here. Did 20 minutes of good cardio on the eliptical machine. Not bad, it didn’t hurt as much as I expected to get the heart rate up to the top and over the target training rate.
A stomach bug went through my house last week. Everyone got it but me. My oldest son(9) crawled into bed with us one night and proceeded to be sick…all over me. Was quite a surprise.
DZ - you need to send some of that snow my way. The front range has been way too dry and there even was a wild fire down at the edge of the foothills just a little while ago.
Good looking training while I’ve been MIA.

Our dughter tried to do the same thing and we sent her back to her room, so she puked all over her floor. Damn I’m glad we didn’t let her stay with us.

OMG soldog, we’ve had so much damned snow. I think we’re up to around 5 or 6 feet now. We average about 7 feet a season, last year we had 10, almost exactly 120 inches. It starts to become difficult to get rid of. They bring front end loaders to our town and dump the snow into trucks and haul it to the river.
Feeling nearly human again, but I’m still not gonna over do it today. Lost another pound, at 209

No snow here, but colder than it was in Anchorage for two days in a row.
Thanks guys! I really don’t think I need that weight back, unless it came back as something else besides water and fat.
Late night at work, but I was anxious to get into the gym since things seem to be back to normal. Didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped, ran out of energy pretty quickly.
