So the deadlifting handles are on the FRONT of the mini-van then? I had to ask, but looking good up there in snowland.

Thanks Z-man!

everybody but me cleans. I feel like such a loser.

Great workout D. We got over a foot of snow in my driveway in the 24 hours ending on christmas. How are you guys doing? A couple years ago I got one of those bent-handle shovels, and that has saved my back quite a bit.

What’s the range of motion on the lockouts? Are you holding them for a specific time?

Big weight. Don’t think I could move 400+ off the pins at any height…

The white stuff started to fall mid November here and didn’t stop till last week when it got up to 50 degrees and melted all at once. We had about 40+ inches I guess. We’re on track for a record year I think.

Pins were set at the bottom of the knee, top of the shins I guess you could say. No I didn’t really hold them for any time, just getting the hips locked out fully then down again. Your deadlift is bigger than mine, I’ll bet you could move some heavy stuff Skid. I honestly expected to be able to go heavier than I did, but I just did get 435 up so I moved on to the other stuff I wanted to do.

We already set a record. For a city that doesn’t get snow. We had the privledge of being the Canadian city with the most snow on the ground Christmas day. It’s always nice being number one.

Except for the bigger piles of snow it’s pretty much gone. Back to the rain and the cold.

Sorry - I thought that was benching. My bad.

Nice lockouts DZ!

Do you do your BB Rows with overhand grip or underhand?

Ok… I have pulled myself out of the fetal position since the Bears dismal display last weekend.

The only consolation I have is that the Colts did not make it either, otherwise the wife and I would have ended up divorced.

Putting up some great numbers DZ… good work!

I dont have a sweet spot to put the bar doing front squats. It always rolls on me as well. I get a great shoulder workout when I do front squats keeping the bar from falling on the floor.

Thanks Bunny! Yep, the Bears have some work to do during this off season. They can’t not make the playoffs again.

Good numbers.

When I first came to T-Nation, the title of your thread really caught me. I still think about it when I’m talking myself out of a work-out.

Thanks E!

We’ve got a steady snow falling outside today, and about 5 inches of fresh powder, good morning to get out with the “cindy walk”.

16 one way trips across the yard, 35 minute workout.

Gotta work all but about 8 of the next 24 hours, so no gym tomorrow. They’re getting really close to 24/7, I saw them installing the card readers yesterday. Can’t wait!
