That’s it exactly Skid. I’m feeling pretty worn down. Work is really busy right now, as my training is getting to the really heavy stage. So, I’ve dialed it down this week and last. Hitting my goals on my lifts this week, with sqauts to do on Friday. Have to work this weekend. That SUX!!
Planning on working up to light openers on the lifts next week, and maybe a couple other things, but that’s about it. I’ve been working pretty hard, and I’m as ready as I’m going to be.
Thought about anything you’ll do different at this meet than the last? Kind of a lessons learn type thing? You look like you’re ready, willing, and able.

I never realized how draining heavy powerlifting can be. I’m wiped from deads monday and bench last night.

Not really hel…although I may work on my bench touch this week to make sure I don’t screw up again.
