I used to lift weights but it caused all my joint problems. Smoking dope helps your workout. I got this body naturally except for those couple cycles I stopped last week. Of course I will respect you in the morning. Sugar is bad, Fat is bad, Carbs are bad, too much protein will shutdown your liver. Suffice to say: “I DO NOT SUFFER FOOLS WELL”. The best way to put it .
Where I live the society is about 20 years behind times so just about everything I hear in the gym is enough to make me laugh. Here’s some recent remarks…“Don’t do shrugs without a belt cause you might hurt your big toe”…“your calves are so ripped, but there’s not enough fat on them to turn into more muscle”…“I’m going off to wrestling school and have never worked out before, but I need to drop 30 lbs and look like Triple H in 3 months, since Triple H has never used steroids I don’t want to either”…
Definetly “fat makes you fat”. Or the chick at Hi-Health you gets all upset when I tell her that I about 3x the daily value for fat. How about the guys who do abs everyday cause they want a six pack (I know that has athletic merit though).

I work at a gym, so I hear so much bullshit. I hate talking to most women about lifting, cause (most) have no clue. There is no such thing as “toning”. Anaerobic activity(lifting) increases muscle, aerobic activity(cardio) works your heart. higher reps do not tone, they only work a different muscle fiber type. lifting cannot make your body smaller, only a loss of fat and/or water can.

actually, steve, lifting can make your body smaller, any demanding physical activity can-- epitomy- marathon runners. And Weightlifting especially circuit training can very effectively anearobically train your heart.
