I don’t really want to put pictures up on the internet, either. But I would probably PM you some if you really want.

I would like to see what you and your family consider to be so dark, yes. If you don’t mind.
As for what I would get out of it…like I said, I want to know what to expect when I use this compound in a few weeks.

Ok. Might not be for a little bit, but I’ll get a couple to you.

Ditto for me. I can still picture your previous avatar but now I have it merging with a picture of JD from Scrubs when he was in blackface and got his ass kicked. Ahhhh, funny times…

I would definitely be careful with this. I don’t think I gave it the respect it deserves. Rainjack and others warned to be judicious in use, but I didn’t really listen. I think you want to have people around you that you trust and make sure to ask them how you’re looking. I did this during a finals period where I was studying a lot [and taking T-Nation and basketball playoff breaks] and doing little else. I didn’t see a lot of people, and I don’t think friends are going to give you unsolicited opinions, necessarily, the way family would. I thought I was looking real good. But my family came for graduation. Last night, they told be I looked bi-racial [not necessarily a bad thing] and bizarre. I didn’t tell them why-they wouldn’t approve of this. I just said I got a spray-on. I think the way I would do this again would be to take .5mg three times a week in the summer. No ‘loading’ period. And hit the beach on the weekends and maybe get some sun indoors one other day a week. More as an aid to get a nice moderate-dark tan without being extreme.[/quote]
Way to give an honest and informative follow up, even if it is somewhat embarrasing or annoying to admit buddy!
Like you said, it will fade. So do you think you got too heavy handed from out of the gate then? Seems like that would be easy to do, you’re expecting results, and it’s so easy to do another shot if you don’t watch it.
Good job,
TBN

I’m so sorry JSB but I have to admit to pissing myself laughing at your ‘bi-racial’ ass.
This is because I remember your face from your old avatar, plus I have seen the ‘bi-racial effect’ at first hand here in the gym.
I have superimposed the two images in my mind and it looks hilarious!
Thanks for the honest followup mate.

Lol. No worries, Bushy. And everyone else. It’s a bit of shame since my physique is otherwise in a pretty good place right now despite of a recent injury. But it’s been a talking point this whole law school graduation weekend. That’s for sure. I got a helluva lot of ‘where you been’
and ‘what happened to you’ comments. Luckily I’ve never been one to take myself too seriously. I’m just glad I learned my lesson and to be a bit more moderate in the future with this. And it’s before law school graduation [where it’d be nice to look good but I don’t really care too much] and it’s not my wedding or something more important.
Hey Push,
So you’re saying that the dark freckles, moles disappeared after you stopped taking the MII? I have read that they don’t disappear and after I read that I never considered using this compound.
Like you, I’m a lifelong whiteboy and was really interested until I read the mole thing.
Just double-checking. Thanks!

They lighten back up to the color they were before you started MTII.
Rainjack or Push, based on what you are saying about freckles and moles, would this be something that a really freckled person should just stay away from?
I just going by guesswork, but it would seem like they would look strange with all those really dark blotches even with a tan. Especially when the freckles/moles darken before the rest of their skin.
Oh, and secondly, do you think a really pale person reacts more strongly to the compound?
My wife is pretty heavily freckled on her back and shoulders. Not so much on her face.
If you have a shit ton of face freckles - like Scott Farkus on “A Christmas Story”, it would be your call.

I think it works the same in dark and light complexions equally. The changes are just more pronounced and visible on the lighter complexions.
I used 1/4 mg four days in a row, went to the tanning booth, used another 1/4mg after another tan and 1/4mg EOD with two more tanning sessions.
I am blue eyed with an alabaster butt, and boy did I used to burn. And peel, and burn, etc.,
After MII my friends asked me how I got so tan, then they told I looked I was from another country and need to stop doing whatever I was doing. I got GREAT results on an incredibly low dosage, and only got slightly nauseous once or twice. I swear by the stuff now. I also like to bike and never have to worry about burning and peeling again. I used to have some bad scars from a chemical burn, and with any tan at all I had “spots”. I now do not have any spots that are obvious, and w/o the MII, they are barely visible.
Kill two birds with one stone. Last time when I ran out, my color lasted a very long time, and I was happy about that too.
So…how long before I can expect to start fading to a bit more of a normal color if I avoid the sun completely for awhile?

I don’t know if you’re asking me, but after a month I still wasn’t completely without a tan. Of course everybody is different. 10mg of MII lasted me 9 weeks and I stayed fairly tan for a while after that. How long I don’t exactly remember…

Good god. I’d look normal if I used 10mg of MTII over 9 weeks. I used 10mg in 1 week for 2 weeks in a row. Well, live and learn. If I do it again, I’ll be very judicious with my dose and only get sun 3 days a week.
I had read some where that it takes 20 to 30 mg of MTII before you start seeing real results. So I started off low & worked up to 1 mg per day until I felt I had reached the 20 to 30 mg. After that I backed down to 1mg shot 3 times per week.
I tanned at least 3 times a week in a tanning bed at first because of the weather. When it got warm I tanned outside. I have to say when I started getting natural sun I got DARK. Really dark. That stuff is amazing. It was at that point that I also decided I needed to lower the dose.
My tan didn’t seem to fade as fast as before I got on the Melanotan II. I also noticed that after getting off for a few months, it didn’t seem to take as long the next time for me to start tanning.
Crazy thing I noticed though, I got “freckles” on my lips. Kind of weird at first, but definitely worth it as far as the results I got from using it.
