When doing a subcu injection, make sure that you release the pinched skin once the needle is in. You can then hold the shaft of the syringe with the hand you were pinching the skin with, and use your other and to push in the plunger.
No aspiration is needed. If you continue to pinch the skin, you can possibly squeeze the sollution right back out of the skin - that is why you need to release the skin fold.
As for how long MII lasts following the last injection, I can say the effects of darker colour last for a good few months. Color gradually does diminish, of course.

Push: Thanks.
Priz: Thanks, and especially for pointing out some subtle details involved.
Great thread, and I hope to try it some day soon. Is it a given that it always has to be reconstituted with another ingredient after purchasing, and refrigeration is optional, or necessity?

It is a frozen powder. It always has to be reconstituted with a liquid. You should refrigerate or freeze. I preload the syringes and freeze them and let them thaw and then inject.

Wow. That’s interesting. Is the same needle still used after drawing and freezing, or do you swap after the thaw?

Freezing after reconstitution is not really necessary. It will do just fine in the fridge.
We draw a vials worth of syringes up, put new needles on the syringes, and store them in the butter compartment in the fridge.
Some folks draw and inject with the same needle, but I have found that the needle dulls significantly after going through the butyl stopper.

True but I didn’t have much of a problem doing it that way.

Let me rephrase - some of us are big wimps and imagine a barbed needle ripping and tearing stuff up on its way out of the body.

Nuff said there. Thanks Rainjack.
How long would it last out of the fridge? What exactly is going on there with that? Forgive me for not researching this, but since we’re all here now…

I’m really enjoying this thread as well, especially as I think I am going to be ordering some MT-II in the next month. So I think I’ll clutter the thread up with unresearched questions of my own.
What is a good market price for MT-II? I’ve seen as low as $40/mg to as high as $150/mg. Pretty damn big range.
Second question, do you just shoot the bacteriostatic water directly into the vial and you’re done?
One more. Is MT-II the same as some other peptides, which require you to roll them gently to mix (and not shake them violently and degrade it)? Or does it mix naturally?

I shook the second vial violently after feeling like the first reconstiutiton [rolling gently] didn’t work. But I think I probably just didn’t give it enough time to kick in…still I’m getting dark, so I don’t think ‘shaking violently’ really degraded the peptide

MII IMO is a very hardy peptide. last in the fridge as Bush found out in a syringe for over a year in sollution! shaking rolling, it doesn’t matter.

This is correct. VERY hardy peptide.
I would definitely be careful with this. I don’t think I gave it the respect it deserves. Rainjack and others warned to be judicious in use, but I didn’t really listen. I think you want to have people around you that you trust and make sure to ask them how you’re looking. I did this during a finals period where I was studying a lot [and taking T-Nation and basketball playoff breaks] and doing little else. I didn’t see a lot of people, and I don’t think friends are going to give you unsolicited opinions, necessarily, the way family would. I thought I was looking real good. But my family came for graduation. Last night, they told be I looked bi-racial [not necessarily a bad thing] and bizarre. I didn’t tell them why-they wouldn’t approve of this. I just said I got a spray-on. I think the way I would do this again would be to take .5mg three times a week in the summer. No ‘loading’ period. And hit the beach on the weekends and maybe get some sun indoors one other day a week. More as an aid to get a nice moderate-dark tan without being extreme.
Thanks for the follow-up on that, js. I will be trying MT-II for the first time next month or so, and I want to have a good experience. Also, being a business owner and dealing with people every day, I don’t need to end up looking like Al Jolsen. I think I’ll take your advice and ease into it.

Yes, definitely take it easy. I mean, I don’t think I look THAT extreme. But I definitely wish it was a little more subtle. Oh, well. It’ll fade.
No pics?

Maybe. I don’t think I’ll take any special. One thing is that I don’t really have a functioning camera myself. I always just get others online pics and develop them through ofoto if I want to print some up. I don’t really want to take half-naked pictures with someone else’s camera. I should probably have some clothed pics from this weekend once things settle down and we get some loaded on the computer. What would you get out it, anyway? You’ve seen tanned [and overly tanned] people.
