Thanks for your input and believe it or not I have taken the advice on board and I’m definitely going to implement some things in to my training once I’ve finished my basic linear progression program to get a base back.
I was just making a point to the people out there that its obvious your going to get better results taking PED’s than if your not hence my statement look at Dorian now and look at him when he was using and that’s one of my all time favourite bodybuilders, so for someone to say you’ll get the same results training naturally is silly to say the least.
Back to my main point though which is thank you for all the advice it’s much appreciated and I will look at and implement some things into my training that perhaps I wouldn’t have before and see how I get on personally.
