Drug Free Lifters...

Awww ok Balla that makes sense. Either way I’m kinda excited I should break Elite at my next meet even if the standards have been lowered still a nice accomplishment I guess. Also ill have to look up SPF numbers. That’s my home federation not so much cause its a easier a fed but because they are from my back yard so I am able to compete and train with them much easier than most feds.

I know this is something is probably more opinion based, but based on your guys experience/knowledge what is/are the most competitive drug tested federation(s)?

I am not 100% sure if it is correct, just did some quick searches and that’s what I found.

Raw Elite at 220 is 1551. 198 is 1471. You are pretty close to that so I would say you have good numbers under the conditions you have posed.

I wanna know what are good numbers to hit drug free at 198-220 weight class. I see these 800 lb deadlifts 700lb squats and the people are claiming they are drug free. While i believe some may be drug free i just want to know what are decent numbers for a drug free lifter 198-220 class.

My current stats.
Squat-495
Deadlift-545
Sumo-475 working on it again.
Bench-355 touch nd go
335-paused.

I wanna know if these are good numbers for a drug free lifter. Not based of meets that say they test or anything. Just in general the average 198-220 lb lifter
Are you sure those numbers are for Elite Totals… Not arguing I just didn’t realize I was that close to totaling Elite. I’d hit those numbers at 198 and 220 is even pretty possible.
USPA revised raw classifications to account for wrapped and unwrapped raw. They also added an “International Elite” category. IIRC, these standards reflect un-tested standards.

For example, Elite at 198 is 1558/1587 unwrapped/wrapped. International Elite is 1698/1730.
At 220, Elite is 1642/1673 and International Elite is 1790/1823.

Compare to 100% RAW standards (no wraps, tested) for Elite @198:1495 @220:1587
