Can you please tell us what a fagfuk is? That is the only way to determine if drinking is a hindrance to your training.
And when you pass out it is your body’s way of telling you you’ve had enough… so it is important always to drink until you pass out. Your body knows what is best for you. This is why it is also good to eat until you pass out if you want to build the physique you crave. Training until you pass out is also necessary. Good luck. Try drinking during all of the above and it may be easier. So you see, drinking will really help you reach all your fitness goals.

If you want to add peanut butter, at your level in the game, its not gonna to much of a difference. why wouldn’t you add peanut butter before you goto bed? won’t it slow down the protein even more?
