Drink Whole Milk!

I drank a half gallon of whole milk why I was working at the school rec this morning, got a little bloat, but I didn’t mind, made me feel oddly powerful.

I’ve upped my milk intake by a litre or so per day, and my stomach is not happy with it. Do you have any problems drinking that much milk?

I get some gas and bloat but it doesn’t bother me.
Lucky you. The gas has been getting troublesome. Although my body seems to be handling it much better as time goes on.

If you can get raw milk (unpasteurized, non-homogenized), give it a shot. It is not disgusting at all and in my opinion tastes 100x better.

milk, oj, and water all i drink

Whole milk is no doubt one of the most tried and true ways for putting on lbs. I think when someone reaches a certain point though, you’ve got to keep it in check or see your waistline increase faster than your lifts. Luckily, I can drink about a gallon a day and not bloat. I don’t get the anti-milk people…

meh who cares about the waistline, it’s not summer yet!

I enjoy being fat.

haha, for some reason so do I.

i think my waist is slowly getting bigger also  prob bout 3L milk a day, some of that being with shakes, plus a lot of rice and pasta, prob should drop the carbs, but its so much easier to get the cals in, rather then eating vegies as carbs ehh:p

I have a bowl of spinach leaves like once every 2 weeks just to say I eat veggies lol. I don’t eat “healthy” until the summer. I maximize my college cafeteria experience by eating tons of everything, except veggies.

I make the milk machines my bitch.

Is it me or does the milk look yellow?

A glass of whole milk is like a full on meal.

Its like 20 grams of protien and 300 something calories.

Good shit.

Lactose intolerant ?

Cuz otherwise I just can’t see a solid reason.
Take fiber… the biggest problem with high milk intake is the lack of dietary fiber… take your 2 tabs of fiber daily and it will go away, trust me… when I was doing a gallon a day I could always tell when i forgot to take extra fiber in…

Fiber definitely helps if you are taking in a lot of milk, as does the lactase enzyme. I use some store brand “Ultra Diary Digestive Supplement” and it really cut down on the bloat and gas that milk tends to give me.

Can’t forget the CLA in dairy either.

wats CLA?
