I think that after I did CW’s QD program, I am a faithful beleiver of whole body workouts, as I gained about 10 pounds of good muscle in about a 2 week period using that regimen. This was after about 2 years of being “stuck.” Granted I ate like a horse, I’ve never really felt stronger or more “jacked” as some would call it.

Everything old is new again!
