Since you said “teacher” I assume you mean high school. You probably know this but high school teachers are USUALLY not an expert in their field or any other field for that matter even if they have a Phd or something, they teach at high school either because they like teaching or just to put food on their plates…
yes high school biology teacher, claims to read a bit of the university studies when he lifts there. i’ll take some video when he’s not looking and post it here, after school starts of course. the guy is 58-59 years old and a total wreck, benches somthing like 205 for 12, going about 1/4 or less of the way down. cheats on everythingor uses half-1/4 movements or less. never squats or deadlifts and i’m pretty sure he never has.

Yeah, I’ve learned that people with really weak genetic potential or motivation LOVE forcing a view that everyone is just as weak as they are.
the old guy is fairly adamant, though he does have studies as reference…hmm lets see who of the general population are stronger…over or under 25? yup the younger group is stronger, this must mean…at age 25 you’ve reached your max strength and now it will go down.

i’ve also considered funding a study to go into the cancer ward of a hospital, ask if anyone there had eaten broccoli before, if they all say yes…broccoli therefore causes cancer!! eureka!!!

On second thought, point that retard to HEL320’s log!! One of the strongest guys on these boards!!!
Come’on guy’s - don’t point these youngsters to our logs. Let them keep thinking it’s all over after 30.
Lemme set em straight.
All of us old guys lie about our strength. We do quarter reps and fudge the numbers. It makes us feel young and virile seeing our fake numbers on the interwebz. And for those of us that video our lifetime PR’s, we use stunt doubles.

LMAO!
See what happens with the O35’ers come out? Harry leaves the cage door open and Oldman’s out taunting the general population! Next thing you know the rest of the gorillas will be out. MJ and Eco smashing things and PeteS flinging feces all over. Meat’s already been out for awhile…
