With the Kettlebells I now repeat 2 cleans 1 press instead of 1 clean 1 press
Tommorow I will be attempting a 240 kg deadlift.

I think it might as well been 250 kg and I would have gotten it, the cleans have really made my deadlift a lot stronger at a rate i didnt expect.
