Im feeling way different after quitting abilify.
On abilify I would half ass and rush everything I did, I just spent 3 hours properly cleaning my room and I am starting to feel like my old self again before the medication.
Im still on xeplion and hoping to quit that as well.
Now eating one meal per day + unlimited fruit rest of the day with vegatable juice / fruit juice
I think I will lose weight with this method

What I am asking is WHEN do you eat it. What time of day, in relation to when you wake up/when you train.
Today I ate at 3 pm, but usually at 5:30 pm
When do you train, what time do you wake and what time do you sleep?
I like a one meal a day approach.
I sleep pretty long
I usually go to sleep at 10 to 12 pm and I wake up at 12 am to 1 pm ( I sleep long due to medications )
I train all throughout the day with greasing the groove method, sometimes I train more sets then other times. Most of my training is done later in the day, in the beginning of the day I am weaker
With your fruit/fruit juice based approach, you may do better pushing that meal closer to your sleeping time, like 1900. Simple carbs leading up to the meal, and then complex carbs to finish out the day. Or make the fruits your sole source of carbs and have that 1 meal be a fats and protein meal.
But I also just like watching you experiment and see what works.

I always seem to be in better shape late a night, it’s nearly 1 am here now
I don’t know how I suddenly got 2 kg heavier and slightly leaner
I’m feeling much better with my new diet.
I’m eating vegetables as well, today I had some apples, tomatos, and orange juice ( ill still have my meal )
I feel much quicker and happier
I’m also getting leaner, the veins on the side of my neck are visible again which I find pretty cool looking
Ive also bought green tea which i am drinking more now

Alright I will add some protein drinks or cottage cheese to the fruits and one meal per day, I think I will lose muscle otherwise.
