Im mad that I didnt get it.
From now on I will only be doing exercises that help the deadlift such as swings and pullups, considering buying a 50-60 kg bell as well
Damn I should have tried 245 kg instead

Awesome attempt! I couldnāt even get that much weight to budge. Also, love the log and the minimalistic approach. One more thing - I love when people work out in pants, for some reason. Itās like āI train because thatās what I do. I donāt need to put on fancy shorts and shoes. I lift big weights in chinos.ā Itās kind of a Pavel approach, and Iām all into that lately.

Yes I will on wednesday, on the way to the gym last time I decided to try 250 kg, it was not a good decision

To get lean, ive put my computer aside
So the only thing I can do in my room is train and sleep etc
So far its working, doing lots of Pushups, Swings, Captains of crush greasing the groove sets
Since quitting abilify I have changed a lot, people around me say i am more clear, calmer, and more emphaty
But I struggle with training now, I dont train as much and im gaining weight.
