Are you factoring in a possible gain in bodyweight toward your strength calculations there? You may be lifting more weight than you think.

It creeps up on us with gaining AND losing weight. I like bodyweight exercises because they keep us honest on if weāre getting too fat, but even if weāre putting on pure muscle, extra weight is extra weight. And we can trick ourselves when we lose fat and our chins keep climbing up.
