Interesting way of doing band squats. Having the rack move would un-nerve me a bit though. Nice work.

It’s a little easier to set up. On that rack the lower crossbar is off the ground so it makes it really easy. Probably should have double choked them though because I was getting a little slack at the bottom.

The rack only moved when I was re-racking pushing the weight forward. If it had been moving squatting or walking out, I would have put a couple 45s on it.

I’m down about 6 pounds And I think you can almost see a hint of abs.

Was dropping weight a little fast, so I’ve upped my calories some.

“Grappling” work.

She is up 3 pounds in 2 weeks to 15.7 pounds. Which for here is almost a 25% increase in her weight.

I’m beginning to think my attempt to draw teh weminz to my thread by posting cute puppy pictures and videos isn’t going to work.

Well, I’m hopping stuff pops up.
