Dosage Split For 1ml?

I don’t but do what your comfortable with.

:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: What is going on in this thread?

Draw 100mg with a 27 gauge and inject 2x per week.

Aspirate if you are IM always.

I was thinking you are making this a lot of work. But seriously, if you are looking into whether to aspirate or what have you, check where the artery of concern is, how deep it is, and you will feel real comfortable with that 27 gauge, which is presumably no more than 1.5 inches (I use 23 gauge, 1.5 inch), and site being more towards hip than middle ass, and I guess better if you do check. For some reason, I feel like 25 years ago, long ass 22 gauge needles were more common (and then you getting closer to area of concern depending on injection site, and you heard stories of mishaps). Best of luck. It gets so easy, and assuming results, that you will look forward to it.

Right, I plan on using a 27g 1” to inject, of which I could only find the flip lock style in that gauge and length, but I started to see a lot of pro/mostly con about aspirating and was trying to get the latest consensus. As we see here, some say don’t worry and few say they do. I remember 10 yrs ago my Doc gave me one and he didn’t aspirate in that area, of course he knew what he was doing.

Ok, so did my first self-inject on Monday and it seemed to go ok, but Tuesday my lower back started to hurt mostly on the same side (left) and my old herniated lower disc didn’t appreciate it either. A little bit of heat and some aspirin helped. Woke up this morning and the back is slightly better, but then while drinking some coffee I started to feel flushed and nauseas and had to lay down for a bit. After that I got a cold rush, and then started to feel a bit more normal and made it to work. Strange happenings, and my next one is up tomorrow. Is this to be somewhat expected at first?

Sounds like you’re getting anxiety from it but no it won’t cause any of those issues. Local injection pain is the only usual effect.

I’ve been on TRT for almost a decade. I have done IM, SubQ, one shot per week, three shots, used an AI, didn’t use an AI, etc . . .

A lot of people worry too much. I realize this in hindsight. I have found very little difference in protocols and have gotten over the anxiety.

I use the same needle to draw for weeks at a time. I always wipe it down with alcohol before and after drawing. I do this mainly because discarding sharps is a hassle.

I also reuse the needle that I inject with several times for the same reason.

I inject 150mg of UGL Test Cyp IM once a week, no Hcg, no AI. I have never had an infection, nor other sides.

It’s not a big deal.

Well, I do have lower back issues to begin with, and any added tension or stress doesn’t help. Sometimes it bothers me for days, and sometimes it doesn’t for weeks.

Yes but an IM injection won’t affect your lower back unless you hit a nerve. Upper outer quadrant of glute.

This is not a sterile method. This is horrible advice.

It wasn’t advice.

Yes, i realize it was a statement of what you do but others with little experience like the OP will read it and think it’s ok. You posted it in a thread asking for advice.
We try to teach best practice here. What you do is far from that. It’s just about the worst thing you can do.

I read this as “Not only am I willing to risk my health using AAS, but I am also willing to risk my health re-using needles.”

Just in the interest of clarity, I was not recommending OP reuse needles. My intent was to show that there is a diversity of practice in the AAS community and that anxiety associated with TRT is unwarranted. I have seen many go down the rabbit hole and become obsessed with their TRT regimen.

There were several examples of poor practice in my protocol in addition to reusing needles. UGL, no AI, one shot per week - so I figured most would recognize the post as showing one extreme versus becoming obsessed.

My intent was not to recommend using UGL, single shot per week, no AI, no HCG, and the reuse of needles. It was to alleviate some of the anxiety of the OP.

I apologize if I was not clear.

Right, I’m not going to reuse anything. Oddly enough, as paranoid as I might be, it appears I ordered my pins from a vet supply company. It’s all Easy Touch and doesn’t mention anything about “not for humans”, so it should be fine. Lol!

Nope

You will be fine. It takes a while to see improvement and there are plenty of things to be worried about, but it all works out.

It’s not as complicated as it seems, or as some people make it out to be.

EDIT - I have used Atlantic Medical Supply for pins.

Nope to reusing, or is something else not right?

No reusing of pins and your experiences after your shot are not normal.

Now I want to know how much was spent using new needles each time? This has to be first
