Found out yesterday that everyone in my position at work was supposed to be working remote. A bigger company bought us a few years ago and are finally getting around to standardizing us across the entire company. Up until now, every region has been doing their own thing. Upside is that instead of getting up at 4:30 to beat the traffic and get to work by 7:00, I can now sleep until 6:30 and start working at 8. I can still go into the office as needed, but really it is rarely needed. I have another office that I manage that is 600 miles away. They work just fine with me only being there 1.5 days every 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear about the elbow. I wear Mark Bells slingshot elbow sleeves. They seem to help. If you decide to order, make sure you take a measurement per the website. They are tight. Putting on requires me to fold over the top, and use that fold to pull them on, and then roll over the fold at the top once mostly in place. I also started putting on CBD ointment that I got at a local Sprouts, and it actually seems to be helping.
I bought some sleeve off of Amazon. I’ve never worn them before, so I went cheap just to see what I thought. They definitely help to an extent. I’ll look into the slingshot sleeves. I was just thinking about some kind of ointment this morning. I have a Sprouts a quarter mile away. I’ll go look for some.
