Doogie Slow and steady

I like an empty gym. Curious, how long did your workout take? How much rest between sets?

With stretching before hand, I’m usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. I don’t time my rest breaks or anything.

Totally pussed out this morning. Drove to the gym, stretched a lot, and then Noped out. Should have done legs, but I just felt tight and worn out from the travel. Glad to be home, though.
