Agreed. Honestly, I found abs need to be trained at least every week or they can be as bad as legs for soreness, cramping, etc. Don’t skip out on ab training for long. :joy:

Abs weren’t as sore as I feared after the cramping, but pretty sore. Today should have been leg day, but tomorrow is my wife’s 12-hour furlough and I don’t want to be really sore. I got work to do.

Hotel Workout
Bunch of stretching and abs.
Was planning on doing a half-ass leg workout, but there were actually other people in the hotel gym this morning NOT doing cardio. That is really rare. God’s way of telling me to do a real leg workout in the gym at home tomorrow.

Yesterday was amazing. Just the sense of normalcy. We had brunch. Went to Walmart and bought stocking stuffers for the boys and Christmas gifts for my teams at work. Cuddled in bed for hours watching TV. Went out to dinner. I was honestly anxious about this stuff, too. We’ve both changed a lot, but I absolutely think it’s been for the better. I honestly think we are in a better place than we’ve ever been. She’s had a lot of time to work on her trauma from her past marriage, and to find her self-worth. And I think she’s finally able to feel worthy of being loved. It’s really good.

The lovin’ was completely fantastic. Seeing her in normal clothes had me drooling. Wow. And I absolutely need to increase the cardio in the new year, though.

Thanks everyone. 72 days until she is released to the halfway house. No idea how long she will be there but it should only be a couple of weeks at most, although it could be until July. Never know with the BOP.

I was in the middle of my workout realizing that I was doing more weight, for more reps than normal when I remembered I took a double dose of Igniter today instead of a single dose. It really seemed to make a difference, which surprised me.

I had planned to do legs today, but as the day went on yesterday, my groin got SORE. I’m limping around like the old man that I am.

Did some stretching and then the power went out in the enitre hotel. It was DARK. Fun fact: you can’t get back into your room when the power is out. It came back on after about 15 minutes, but all motivation was gone at that point.

My elbow still sucks after about a month on BPC-157. Can’t really lock it out completely on the presses. Gonna do one more month of BPC-157 before I break down and get it looked at.
