I hurt my elbow pushing myself up off of the couch a couple of weeks ago. I’m so old. It really hurt today, and this workout sucked. I have some BPC-157 being delivered today. That stuff has done miracles for my shoulder, so I’m optimistic.
Gained 4.6lbs yesterday. Gonna finish off leftovers today and tomorrow, then 12 days of no carbs.
Thank God you’ve lost weight! Imagine the damage you’d have sustained a couple of years ago - you’d probably have killed the entire arm.
I sympathize, tho. I turned my head funny the other day, felt a big twinge, and had a moment of panic that I’d done something that would have me unable to turn my head for two weeks. However, nothing came of it.

Cut the carbs yesterday and took on of my wife’s Linzess pills. I’m light and fluffy today. I started the BPC-157, so hopefeully the elbow starts getting better. Today it was actually not terrible except at full extention, so I wasn’t really locking out the incline presses.
I feel your pain. Was right at 5 pounds with the Thanksgiving feasting. Will need to look into the BPC-157- having some left shoulder pain now.

Still on the mend from being sick. Whatever it was sucked the energy out of me. I haven’t felt “sick” since Tuesday, but still feeling run down. On a better note, my wife has a 12-hour social furlough this Friday. It’s going to be interesting to see each other naked since we’ve both lost about 50 lbs since the last time (April 2024).

No. She found out she was diabetic when she got there, so she’s been on Ozempic. Plus she’s had a ton of time to workout. And then, yeah, shitty food.

HOLY CRAPOLA. My abs cramped up like never before. I could barely stand up straight. I spent about 10 minutes trying to stretch them out and hanging from a bar before I gave up and drove home, cramping a lot of the time during the drive. Unpleasant.
Ab cramps are the absolute worse! Sucks dude.
