Using a different brand of GLP-1 now. I’m down 4.6 lbs since last Thursday. Appetite isn’t all that different, so not sure what the difference is.

Got a call this morning from the wife. Apparently there was a shooting last night. The SORT team rushed in and escorted Maxwell out in her bare feet. Left everyone else there. My wife’s room has windows that face the street. It’s unclear if the shooting was actually at the compound, but an ambulance was called at 2:30AM because an inmate had a laceration. Anyway, visitation is cancelled this weekend. First Saturday I’ve had to myself since the last weekend of April 2024. Not sure what to do with myself.

Thanks. It’s weird. Not sure what to attribute it to exactly. Appetite is the same as it has been for awhile. I definitely don’t feel deprived.

Flew to El Paso yesterday. Flight delayed a couple of hours which totally threw off my eating patterns. Completely over ate and gained 3.4 lbs. I know it is mostly water, but that freaks me out. Hopefully I pee most of it out today.

Walked on the treadmill at 8 degrees/3.5 MPH. I clearly need more cardio. Ended up gaining 3.4 lbs while out of town. Unacceptable.
