Don't Understand CW's TBT...

I just don’t understand… How come I’m in the gym less, doing less excersizes and sets, but yet my sleeves on my shirts are getting tighter??? :slight_smile:

This program is awesome!!! I re-read it a few days ago and realized I wasn’t even doing it completely correct. I made some changes so look out… Getting bigger, stronger and more defined…

I also am doing this program and very impressed. I am only on week 4 and have already decided to repeat the program. I never do that. Truthfully, the way I feel right now, I am thinking about just doing this program for the whole year ('05). It is a big change up for me and I LIKE IT.

Remember that Chad emphasizes that your muscles shouldn’t adapt to what you are doing. I would recemmend that you really mix it up if you are going to keep doing it.

Don’t get me wrong. I love this program as well and thought of doing it again. Just have to make sure you change it so your muscle don’t adapt and stop growing.
