Seriously why would you post pics of you that look like you been in the gym for a week on a hardcore website where you know these guys/gals pull no punches. You know your physique needs work, why ask hundreds of people to tell you what you already see in the mirror.

Okay, u DID ask for it realize it or not. But ill be fair with you: diet is everything. If you eat like shit regardless of much you work out u will nop reap benefits. Clean ujp your diet and ur body will follow
