Maybe Eddie can head up a 12 step program for other trolls. LOL
Just PM me if you are an addict. I know how to quit
I actually do wonder if people get addicted to this sort of thing. I know for me it was fun in a warped way, but people constantly doing it Iām not sure.
i dont get it. either this guy is trying to learn and nobody is helping him, or this guy is a troll and everybody is wasting their time telling him about it. yea, im not reading 5 pages to figure out which.
Iām not surprised that this is confirmed to be a troll thread as it was obvious. Never have I seen of the Internet which is a lot is a self confessed troll apologizing for it.
This is the same guy that came back saying he ate burgerking. THIS GUY IS A TROLL. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW IF THE GUY IN THE PIC IS HIM BUT HE HAS POSTED BEFORE AND HIS DIET CONSISTED OF BURGERKING and you could tell he was a troll. Now I am sure.

My name is Emilio. i am 18 years old and wnt to get bigger. I know tht i am skinny/fat but i would like to be ripped like some of you.
I exercise 4 days a week: two days uper body and two days lower body.
Good job on your PB figures. But going to the gym does NOT give you free license to eat big macs and pop tarts. Loading up on sodium and saturated fat like that puts you en route to a heart attack - and youāre too young for that. You seem to be carrying some extra fat, so youād probably benefit from a mix of weights & cardio and a more sensible diet.
Whatās even funnier is the fact that people still keep trying to give him legitimate advice, or accuse him of being a troll (which the OP admitted LAST YEAR)
You guys are such idiots. Why are you still trying to give this guy advice? Look on page 5 where someone admitted to creating a fake account and was trolling.
And besides, your advice sucks. This guy would have needed to supersize his meals. Itās all about the caloric surplus.

How is 3 scoops of NO Explode even a meal?
and do you own a muscle milk factory? How can you afford to toss down that much in a day. If you like it, go for the carb conscious version.
Iād differ a little from the general populace here. Iād recommend Lonnie Loweryās Temporal Nutrition approach rather than Berardiās stuff. You are still in the growing stage and don;t need something that restrictive unless you want to end up 22, a ripped buck 140 and no taller than you currently are.
While you are reading the articles (which willt ake you a few days to read and assimilate) here are some general suggestions.
Avoid white bread, white rice, any sugary stuff, sweets and fried food.
Lentils and beans are the best source of starchy carbs for anyone who wants to put on mass. Brown rice, wuinoa, oats (if youre not allergic to them) are also good.
Tank up on green veggies WHENEVER you want and as much as you can eat (and then some more lol). Choose between lean cuts of meat, and go for grilled/dry roasted variety.
YOu need bodyweight x 1.5 protein (in gms) distributed throughout the day, and eat more often 6-8 meals.
Breakfast and the 32 hours post workout are the best time to tank up on some carbs.
Get the metabloic drive sold here (or in stores) and toss back a scoop of that as soona s you wake up and before you go to bed.
Invest in fish oilā¦each capsule gives you a gram, so shoot for 15-20 caps of fish oil daily (again distributed over your 6-8 meals)
And finally you are 18. This is NOT the time for you to try to LOSE weight. Keep telling yourself that. Your hormones will ensure that a good solid clean diet with ENOUGH calories to keep growing will allow you to recomposiion your body with a solid lifting program. Not the same case for someone who is over 30.
Unrealbeans listen to this info above⦠very goodā¦
also musclemilk isnt the best choice it is LOADED with msg just like a lot of other ones but youāre taking down like what was it 10 scoops a day? thats horrible for you and youāre going to get digestive issues from the calcium caseinate switch to Metabolic Drive taste is almost as good and isnt as shitty for you
and yes just clean up your diet and choose healther foods and less shakes
