You know I just realized his diet looks alittle like Dave Tate’s diet before he started eating cleaner. There is an article with his food log somewhere in the archives… Except Dave Tate is a motherfucking beast.

haha this is definitely a piss take forum. Think about it first of all theres no ways hes lifting those weights, look at the state of him, and secondly hes not gonna come off with i eat 4 big macs LMAO. 4 scoops of muscle milk ROFL. cant believe he got a 2 o.o Poor guy has been set up

ive got a really high BF, i eat reasonably well (i say reasonably in that i eat alot of different meat and fish, but also cheat a bit with snacks).

if your serious about pushing weight then you need to lean up, get a bit cleaner in your diet, and not be obsessed with ridiculous products that state they can make you peeled and huge in a wee if you buy loads. just get plenty of protein, and take sensible sups for joints and recovery.

like i said, my BF is up. Im 5 9, and 116 KG (255 pounds in american), but i take gym seriously, i train hard and eat well.

do the same and youll get bigger.

with your diet you aren’t gonna get bigger. consider yourself lucky if it doesn’t kill you.

oops messed up a little there. you are gonna get bigger. not musclewise. FATTER! take the creatine. shape up the diet. no muscle milk or anything like that. cut out the mc.dondalds.

Wow just stop with the MicDs’ this is ridicules actually. I don’t believe those lifts one second the way you look but hey I can be wrong. And look into the anabolic diet it will cut weight for you. If you didn’t want to be criticized then you shouldn’t have put a picture of yourself up.

you need to eat leaner meant for a cleaner bulk unless you are trying to gain some fat in the process.
and def do not accually include 2 big macs in your diet as if you are forcing yourself to eat them. instaed only have one day out of the week for the big macs a cheat day
