ur diets a complete and utter joke, i assume by being on here that u have u internet so why not log in and do some research on bulking diets?

u must go thru tubs of muscle milk like theres no tomorrow! wheres the complex carbs in ur diet? U shld be havn a meal every 2 to 2 and a half hours or proper food, fuck ur big macs and ur constant muscle milks, u need good sources of protein like turkey,steaks, chicken breasts, steaks or eggs and complex carbs such as brown rice, sweet potatoe yams and oats and also a good source of fibre ie green beans n brocolli etc … yes u can have cheat meals etc and sauces etc ot up calorie intake but ur not going to get any significant gains from what uv written above, u need about 8-9 meals a day if u can , thats if ur serious enough anyhooo

go do ur homework, is it any wonder why ur not gtn any gains at all laddy???

ps I was only aware that mcdonalds sold big macs??

I wont reiterate what the others have said regarding diet. You should know what to do.

I think it might be beneficial to post up your workout routines. Sometimes all it takes is some new exercises/changes to your routine to keep your body guessing.

Unfucking real - Why post that embarrassing shit, for any fucking reason? Seriously, I’ll simplify it for you -

Step One - Learn about training. By gosh, on this very site, is everything you could possibly want to know. There is no need to complicate this step by posting a picture of your totally average physique, and asking advice when you could learn everything you ever needed to know by just reading…

Step Two - Train, eat properly and follow sound, basic bodybuilding principles that have been around for some 60 years.

Step 3 - and this is the most important step - do this for a MINIMUM of two years, then post your pictures and perhaps ask what areas you could bring up.

Do not post pictures of what appears to be a completely untrained body on a serious, hardcore BB site and expect not to get ripped on. And seriously, the thread title - doesn’t help your cause one bit.

Good luck. Prove me wrong in a year or so and I’ll be happy to give you total props…
