Take a week off, make sure diet is in check (too low fats could cause this, or carbs for that matter), check if your sleeping enough and go check for mono.

sounds like a medical issue.

Definately go see your doctor and get blood work done if he can’t find anything obvious.

Also, you never even mentioned fruits or vegetables in your diet… this could be a problem. Get some leafy greens, berries, peppers, fruits in there. Add legumes/nuts if you can. Also you may be a little high on protein. I would cut down on protein for a good two weeks. Too much protein in your diet without adequate need for it/adequate fruits/veggies/water can be hard on the kidneys. This could be the reason you’re feeling like shit. I’d say as a recovery diet (because from what it sounds like you’re in some way ill) keep protein to below 100g for 2 weeks. Keep the complex carbs, those are good, but add more fruits, veggies, water.
