Physio update: getting near full ROM, can start some strength stuff. Push up from a bench and other very low weight things I can come up with in very low volume and squat set up for more mobility.

Shoulder is a bit too sore, so I did back off today and I got physio tomorrow morning.

Well something went wrong in my shoulder. Went to the er on Sunday because of pain and major loss of ROM.
X ray show loss of reduction.

I am seeing the ortho Thursday on emergency.
It was going so well. Fuck me.

Thursday Friday 29.

Last night the power went out. And it was pretty much the coldest night of the year. The new generator hook up worked super nicely and the wood stove kept us toasty.

Early ortho follow up due the sudden pain.

Well, I learn that they do put extra sutures in there to help hold stuff in place and those often do stretch some or slip.
Mine just snaped, which cause some nasty pain but no long term issue. It is normal that the collar bone is raise a little bit.

So take the advil and suck it up for a few more days.

Starting to feel better. ROM is getting better too but very slow and stiff.

Back to doing easy stretches but it is moving better with less discomfort afertward.

The little snow we had is almost all gone. I really want to go out. The pump track near my place are all ready to ride. Trails are close but should open a month early if we don’t get snow. That is very possible. But the is no days in the near future with max temp under freezing point.

Skipped the upper body stuff but did a lot of ROM for the right side. Moving better but still slow, like there is some thick fluid in the joint or the scare is very thight.

Physio getting better. ROM is coming back. There was an impingment but it seem like it’s going to be fairly easy to fix as it’s 80% better after the physio.

On the bright side the snow fall of yesterday is almost all melted.
