Last day current job, now 1 week off before a new start at the local Home Depot as a supervisor.

So far the rib is holding on well.
Tomorrow will most likely be a snow day. About 25cm on the way.

TMI moment I am one month past the time for my depo injection. I only got 2. The first one was ok. But I bled none stop a month before injection 2 and was told to keep going by my GP. After i jection number two the bleeding never stoped and I was getting bad craps on top of the rib stuff. Also the night sweat and the hot flash have diminished a lot.

I got the depo to help with cyst. I think I prefer a few cyst per year over the other side effect.

Weird thing in the warm up for the squat. I could feel some fat roll under my rib and pop back. Or some strange shit only sid that a few times in body weight squat going rock bottom. After the warm up, I tryed to get it to do it again and it would not. Maybe tight muscle?

I guess it’s possible. Maybe tried a heating pad or a massager to loosen it up?

no rib, muscles popping
45 minutes snow shoe walk. I have to dig Lucifer’s boots. Doberman are not very good in cold snow.
And a lovely training ride with my TK. Enough for me to break a light sweat and then freeze. Ride included Walk pirouette, Shoulder in and Haunches in, some medium trot and improving the self carriage in the collected canter.

Use the bar pad for the clean. I never realized how close the bar is until the pad got stuck in my boobs. Cause I really don’t have much.
