Anyone have an idea how to perform this exercise?

i would guess one would assume the donkey calve raise position and then jump up and down.
Make sure you grab a few female gym patrons and put them on your back to add resistance for donkey calf jumps.
If you are going to use males for this exercise, you may have to ask them for permission first due to obvious anatomical differences.
Jason Norcross showed me these. They are a cool way to mix up calf work and get in some cardio at the same time. But tough to explain…
with both hands at shoulder distance Hold on to a table or something waist high or a little higher. and use your calves to spring into the airtrying to get your feet to mid back level. start low and bounce higher and higher
