Hey everyone, I dont post in here much, but i was just curious if anyone has SERIOUSLY tried Don Lemmons Program? and gotten any results? or is his program just all Hype?

Lemmon is a nutcase. He is a lurker and an intellectual vampire. Dude is also emotionally unstable from my dealings with him. I’d avoid him.
Changes methodologies faster than underwear.
