What are your methods to minimize DOMS and overall soreness from a heavy workout ? For my leg workouts I use the hot-cold flushing method in the shower on my lower body muscle groups and it has helped me a lot… Active/passive stretching ? Any other suggestions that will help me tackle a flight of stairs the next day?
