Hi everyone, I’m doing research for a term paper on the subject of steroid policy, and I’m looking for a piece called “Legalize and Regulate: a prescription for reforming anabolic steroid legislation” by JOhn Burge. I have seen it cited in a number of articles, but I can’t dig it up anywhere. It was written in 1994. If anyone knows where I might be able to find this piece, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

That’s not quite it. That letter cites the piece I’m looking for in the list of sources, but I want to read the original for myself. I just can’t seem to find it anywhere. Thanks for the link though, that letter is interesting.
You will have to go to either a major university or live near Loyola University to get access to this journal. It is not in pdf form so only way for you to read it is “old-fashion” way.

Yeah thanks, it took me a while to figure out what the footnote was saying because it was abbreviated in the source that I had. I sent them an email, so hopefully I can get it either through interlibrary loan or some other means. Thanks for the help.
