This week has been a killer for me too. It is truly so much tougher than I expected but will pay off so much in the long run.

Notes:
- My frequency is all over the charts for lifting. I had a bad day yesterday (lots of holiday shit and traffic) and didnāt want to lift so I didnāt. I did watch into the spider verse which was awesome
- Carbs have come back in. I have more time to eat and itās cold here. When it gets cold, I find myself eating more so having 1 cup of rice at dinner is helping that (especially with all the holidsy sweets. I fell victim to some amazing bourbon fudge)
- Also I got a flow rope. Itās really fun and hard in a different way
- Lastly, Iāve pulled a @T3hPwnisher by eating so many eggs recently. At least 6 a day so my egg cooker just lives on the counter. Medium boiled is the way to go with it
- I got some more leather stuff done recently. Hereās one of them. Iām working on another which will be dyed and tooled for my nephew

- @atlas13 If you are using the fringe sport belt squat with the kickstand, use a 25 as the first plate to shim the 45ās up so you can use the kickstand easily. I just learned this today (assuming you donāt have the viking horns)
- Single leg RDL for my hips being weird. Somethingās off but this was just to get my hammy and hips moving right
- Going to the gym to bench Christmas morning. Itās out of character but we arenāt going to my dads until the afternoon so Iāll be bored. With some family politics going on, I invited him to come with me. He really only does shoulders and arms now so it works out great
- Lastly I did another bracelet yesterday. Tooled, dyed, braided. Iām going to do a belt like this soon
Iāve yet to even open the box lol, so Iāll take this advice as soon as we get to playing with the new gym!

- I saw @BrandonCrawford and @alex_uk talking about daily work. I figured it would be a good idea to log generally what I do everyday just so I have it put somewhere. Currently Iām doing lots of jump rope, flow rope, standing in horse stance, cossack squats, and a 10 min stretch session at night (minimum stretching Iāll do)
- 3rd or 4th time pulling sumo so Iām happy with that
- Kinda getting that strongman itch again. This break was 100x busier than I thought it would be so didnāt get much done in the way of BJJ and rugby but I did order my cleats
- Just noticed my power beard in that video. Itās long enough where I have to move my beard to front squat
- Got my belt almost done. Just waiting for my keeper to finish drying. Going to work on some more coasters today. Iām doing one for my girlfriends friend who owns a swamp tour. Cool guy. He gave me an alligator tooth necklace
- Smoker game still going strong. I made this same day so it didnāt have time to sit overnight with the seasoning on it. I did notice a difference but sometimes you just need food lol

Very salted and hydrated. It was the first day back to classes so it might be a tension headache

As a former college professor, I can confirm we can have that effect on people.

I was at a small, 4-year āteachingā collegeāmy alma matter, in factāand I missed research. So, when I was given an opportunity for an industry-based research position, I decided to give it a shot.
That was almost 13 years ago.
Honestly, though, I miss teaching at that levelāmost of the students want to be there, and it can be very rewarding to watch them come in as awkward boys and girls (or really, awkward boys and young women, 'cause letās face it, most of the ladies have their act together by that age), and then watch them leave 4 years later more or less ready to make their mark on the world.
