- Ended up with an 85 on my English paper (83 in the class). Glad to be done with that prof but I am thankful he took my late submission. 83 in honors micro econ and a 77.38 in bio. I could have done better but Iām semi-content with the grades considering all that has happened this semester and how much Iāve grown
- Musclebitter came over Saturday. She brought me flowers. - that 195 log looked smooth as hell. 215 may have been too much of a jump, but I bet 205 was definitely there. Also dig the wooden log
- Iāve always wanted to do a Hercules hold, that looks sick. Also, Iāve never thought about the height of it before, but thatās gotta be a factor. Seeing your hands actually above your shoulders has to change the force applied.

I honestly could have had this jump but I was really freaked out because of dropping the 225 log on me. I did a shit clean and was like ānahā even though I could have done better
So ours ends up being really boring because I can do 4 plates for a minute. No idea how that translates to any other Hercules hold. Iād be curious to try out other designs. For example, sitting back in this one doesnāt help because of how the weight sits.

- I was wiped for this day. Muscle bitter stayed with me Thursday-Sunday. I was eating less and had some more fatiguing activities throughout the 4 days. Also Friday I slept terribly because of my allergies flaring up
- Decided to call it after the main builders. I felt really out of it, dehydrated , and compressed.
- She enjoys the strongman Saturdays so thatās really fun. Got to lift with her and then go on a small adventure after the gym.

- I think Iām going to start doing sled stuff instead of single leg work on the max effort days. I want to add in more sled and jumps. Typically after max effort and builders, the last thing I want to do is single leg work, so that works out well
- Didnāt do sled today because I spent way too much time bullshitting with my buddies
- Now that Iām figuring out max effort better, the 3x5 for builders is looking more and more appealing. Between the heat and fatigue after the main lift, I just donāt have the tank for 5x5 or 3x8. I plan on changing this up every 6 weeks because itās conjugate. Just something to note.
- Hard Bulgarians are moving to DE Lower because it works better for me
- My lifts are looking really good. My speed is coming along nice and all the accessory work is paying off. All the rowing and single leg work is paying off nice for squat positioning
- Musclebitter and I had the talk about a relationship. Thereās an age gap between us (sheās older) so we pretty much agreed to just see where everything goes. I really like her and Iāve never really felt that towards someone. Like I enjoy talking to her and really enjoy spending time with her.
Itās okay, cardio is good for you. Yes. Cardio.

I find age gaps to generally be a good thing, though I am biased. My hubby and I have over a decade gap between us.
Itās 7 years for us. I was talking to my sister about it and she said āDude youāre like 35. Not even close to 20ā
