all the time with as little rest between the bench and row as possible. I’ve also been playing with which one I do first. So far the jury is still out on which order if preferable.

That’s interesting. I can’t bench anywhere near what I can row. So I don’t bench at all these days and dropped rows for other pulling exercises for a while.
