Happy Birthday George! The riding looks awesome. What are the temperatures like when you’re out riding. It’s been pretty cool in the mornings here in Michigan, and I’ve talked myself out of riding these last couple of weekends because I didn’t want to deal with the wind chill. Am I a wuss?
Happy Birthday George, I hope you get everything you want.
Happy Birthday Soldog! That ride looks like hell in wheel to me.
Good looking numbers for 3.3. Happy birthday.
I knew that you had a nice long bike ride like that one in you. Happy Birthday!
Oh! Happy birthday! 49 years young.
I remembered- cause we both are 10.17.
hope you had a great birthday- and I enjoyed reading about your journey
I can see you made the right choice. i only laid off 2 months for throwing, and I feel weak as a kitten.
happy bday, too. I hope the coming year will be the best yet!

Feeling the layoff on both of these today. Kept it short, kinda thinking that pushing my sessions towards 90minutes instead of 60 was contributing to my funk.
One day late to the big party. Keep on lifting strong.
thanks for all the well wishes! you all are a great group to hang out with in a virtual sense. I just hope I can meet some more of you in person as time goes on.

Well, you’ve already met me. And I didn’t disappoint, did I? I looked as scary strong in person as I do online, right? Right?

Funny - I’ve met three lady lifters from T-Nation and none of the men…
