Does Training Style Meaningfully Impact Resting Muscle Length?

Coach,

Does the way in which you train a muscle have a significant impact on resting muscle tissue length (rep-range, tempo, holds, peak-contractions,…) and is it significant enough to consider this variable when resolving imbalances or is the agonist/antagonist strength ratios the be-all and end-all?
