I know this sounds weird. I have never really sweat in anything. I am capable of sweating, but its very little and usually after running (soccer, hockey…)
My routine is similar to Starting strength - high intensity & low rep.
Is this normal? Im lifting as heavy as I can go, the heart is pumping…
I know a lot of you are going to say lift harder but I go HARD, I just don’t think genetically I was designed to sweat that much.
Is gotta be 1 of 3 things or a combination of all 3.
A: Your not drinking enough water!
B: Rest times are too long! (too much super setting with a hawt ab flex)
or
C: The sand in your vagina is soaking it all up!

I don’t sweat much either. I can wear a t-shirt in a sauna for 30 min and not have it soaked. It’ll be wet, but not soaked. Sucks for cutting weight.
Oh, I knew a guy who couldn’t physically sweat. I forget what the condition is called.
so to cool down did he roll around in mud and feces?
On another note, my gf told me sometimes when I come home from the gym (after sweating) I have a faint skunk smell … anyone else get that?

Maybe a slight funk, but no skunk, Mr. Le Pew.
Could be my cardio … I snake a rabid skunk from its hole, pissing it off, and run from it trying not to get bit or sprayed … doesn’t always work I guess
I dunnno, unless you’re having heat regulation problems I really don’t think it’s a big deal. Work harder and see what happens maybe?
As far as people who don’t sweat goes, I know from a bio class a bit ago that some people actually don’t have sweat glands in some of their pores. I know in women it can actually work in a mosaic sort of pattern where some parts of their body have the glands and some do not, as they have two X chromosomes, which allows for the gene that creates the glands to be expressed in some areas where that X chromosome isn’t a Barr body (aka repressed from being expressed). It’s the same mechanism behind calico cats.

…my thoughts exactly…yea, cuz theyre repressed from being expressed and undressed.
