I weigh 6’0 170 lbs and I bench press 275lbs, squat 365lbs, and deadlift 445lbs. I feel like I’m eating close to my bodyweight in protein(around 130-140lbs a day). And my parents are already about to kick me out for eating as much as I do (they never will though). I’m wondering would something like Anaconda work if the calories and protein aren’t sufficient?
You need to squat at least 405 for reps before you try anaconda.
why don’t you buy eggs and whey protein instead…
