“Ab circuit” obviously, by this point, refers to either 3x20 sit ups and back extensions x3 rounds or a 1 min plank and 3x20 sit ups x3. Tired of writing it.
I’m also tired of doing grueling, shitty, mindfucking programming, if I’m being honest, but I’m still getting stronger, which makes it even more difficult to quit. Just a few more weeks.

Very much appreciate it. Must add a disclaimer that these pictures are flexed with favorable lighting, but the proof is there nonetheless - working brutally hard produces significant results.
Well we did get one bad batch from overseas but made in Australia products like myself are pretty legit
