I am full most of the time after a workout and have a hard time eating. i take in about 120 carbs and 40g protein before and during the workout. i don’t eat for an hour, and even then I am hungry
I believe that “not hungry” phenomonon is due to the fight-or-flight reaction you have to intense physical activity.
Also the same (but opposite) reason you should not swim after eating.
When working out, blood is diverted away from your digestive tract and into your musculature to fuel your workouts. As a result, the hunger is shut off so that you are not eating then in need of blood in two diferent important areas at the same time.
The reverse is true when you eat, the blood is shunted to your digestive organs, leaving your muscles devoid of enough blood supply to sustain very much physical activity.
Usually I am nauseaus after a good workout. So I have a hard time putting it away directly afterwards.

Likewise…when it comes to drinking Surge as a PWO (or anything else)…I have to wait 30-45 mins.
