I worked out a month ago for the first time in about 7 months (real real light) and had to stop b/c of the docs orders. I just got cleared on Friday and just got back from the gym a few minutes ago. I did lunges with no weight and very low weight squats and the pump I got right now is unbelievable. It feels so good to feel it again. I did a few chest flys to see how the shoulder was feeling and my chest feels like it’s going to explode.
The pwo shake was great and in an hour I’m going to throw back a few brews in celebration. I’m back god dam it!

hahaha just some thoughts on how weightlifting makes it appearances at other times of the day. Like when you shake someone’s hand and your arms and back get all excited like if you were going to horizontally row the guy-
