Do These Measurements Go Together?

You can gain 10 lbs a week just as well for periods of time (and have most of that be muscle) if you eat enough and make the right strength gains and you just happen to be in that kind of phase, happens all the time during the early stages of training… Actually, my first DC blast I gained about a kilo (2.2 lbs) between sessions (3 sessions a week on the 2-way variant) for like 2-3 weeks straight… And I was way past the beginner stage there.

Muscle-growth isn’t a linear process… Sometimes you can gain quite fast and other times everything slows down and you end up gaining mostly fat… How much bodyweight you gain though is food-dependent…

You can try to limit the amount of weight you gain per week and always shoot for exactly 1 lb, but even while training that doesn’t mean you’ll be gaining half a pound of muscle per week all the time or something like that.

Sorry, there are no really straight-forward answers to this stuff.

being that there are no certainties is one of the big reasons i dont let this become my only hobby. my other hobby (drag racing) you always get certain outcomes with a certain input and its mechanical law where as a body’s reaction is always changing and rather aggrivating.

I’d have to give Biotest my address, phone #, bank acct info, SS # and my first born.

No thanks!

I believe that NORMAL drop off for jacket to pants is 9"

Last year I did bought a suit, the seller told me that usually, the drop off is usually 4 inch and it can sometime go up to 6 inchs in some case.

At this time I had a 38 inch waist and 46.5 inch of chest and I had some issues to find a not too expensive one that had a great balance between allowing me to raise my arms and not having to buy a large one and I was far from big.

It must be hard sometime for you guy to buy clothes! But in all honesty, I can’t wait to have those ‘problems’ too lol

48" chest

17" arms
17" neck
27" thigh

all are no pump measurements.

228-230lbs
6’1"

i bulked for a while earlier this year and put on too much weight to fast , AKA fat. so i stopped got back down to about 219lbs or so and put some more back on slower.

i weigh 230lbs but my frame doesnt look filled out (or so i think) i think i’m gonna have to hit 250lbs before i even look remotely built.

my goal is to be able to wear a T-shirt and someone 20ft away be able to tell i lift heavy weight. i’m not concerned with abs or being 10% body fat. I like being strong and big (well i want to be big  ).
I just wanted to comment on the measurements for suits having sold suits before and tailored the last two suits for work. I would agree with Lanky’s assessment on the waist size being abit large, but not too much, I think 36" will be just nice for you.

I use Levis for all my jeans but I try on twenty different styles before getting the right one then wear it out. Don’t lose heart here, just try different styles. Loose straight, Relaxed fit etc.

17" is small for the neck I think, that’s only a 44cm shirt which is XL. If you’re tailoring a dress shirt, ask for a higher collar, it looks better and doesn’t fray as easily. Also don’t ask for button down collars they ruin the shirt. I don’t know if you wear ties but this style works well with and without a tie. There is such a thing as a “bone” for a shirt collar that’s removable and gives your neck a solid look. Think about it.

Arms look good man, keep it up!

counting beans you have a pic of yourself at 250? just so i can see what that looks like?
I’m at work, but I do have this.

I’m not lean by any stretch, but a 36-38 waist pant fits my waist. Not so much my ass, but waist yes.

(I am also well aware of how shit my arms are.)
Beans, I thought your waist was slimmer than that. I saw a dead lift video of you ages ago, sorry I thought you were slimmer there sorry. Or maybe I’m getting confused between the two accountants, my bad

Nonsense, your arm development looks wicked!

I’m probably up 30lbs from that video. About the same BF. So yeah I was slimmer, but not really any leaner though.

Thanks. My tri’s aren’t bad, but my Bi’s are flat and shitty
