You just need to add more muscle dude. You’re still young and weak. Add more muscle and you’ll be fine. I hold a lot of fat in my legs and shit too, but once I started squatting and sprinting more they filled out and looked good. Just keep training hard and you’ll be perfectly fine bro. It’s all in your head really. Now go train.

No. I’ll put it to you like this-

I used to have panic attacks at work. I started seeing a therapist. As we talked about the environment that I was having panic attacks in she finally said “Panic attacks are an irrational fear of something bad happening. Your fear is perfectly justified.”. So I started working somewhere else. Same heavy industrial environment- minus the ridiculous injury and dismemberment rate. No panic attacks.

So what I’m getting at is that you have some good reasons to not like the way you look. So do something different.
I’m not slamming you or anything, but honestly- you could use some work. Now get to it.

In a year if you’re a ripped 210 and still think you look like a girl I’ll agree that you have a problem.

Seriously I get what you are saying about training around people who can eat what they want and do the minimum and it works for them. I think we all know that guy in the locker room who did like 10 push ups a day and ate nothing but wendys and looked like a god. That being said, you’re not exactly pile of shit man lol you look like every teenager who kinda goes to the gym. You don’t hold “weight like a female” either.

Out of the 20+ guys that have commented,maybe 1-2 have the potential to reach elite levels of strength or phisyque.Every single one can improve though.I have long-ish arms and probably will never press 3 plates overhead,but that din’t stop me from adding 30 lbs give or take to my ohp over the last 6+ months

Find general goals that you give a shit about,it could be get bigger arms or a bigger leg curl or squat or anything really,let us help you develop a plan and focus on making small improvements.You can always add 5 pounds to a lift or 1 pound of muscle and even if that’s not the most impressive thing in the world,it’s still more than you have now

Know that no one notices and no one cares. I am self conscious about my calves, but only two or three times has someone ever mentioned them. And one of those times was a compliment. Just work to be better and enjoy the journey.
