75kg 3 x 5 ( these felt tougher than I thought but I did do them ass to grass )

Shrugs ( on machine )

80kg 2 x 6

Finished off with some ab work and a minute on the punch bag :slight_smile:

For some strange reason since the update to the site ( not keen on the new look at all ) I wasn’t able to log in , my email wasn’t recognised even though I’ve been receiving lots of unwanted emails from the site.

As I haven’t been able to log in for sometime I’ve had to move my training log to a different site :frowning:

Not a fan of the new website look either, but maybe that’s just the crotchety old man in me, resisting change… I need to figure out now to turn off the e-mail notifications for every thread I follow, though. Good to see you were able to squat again.
