Cal- I used to be that way…or so I thought. It just depends on what it is Im eating and what I plan on doing.
Spock- Im glad I found rollerblading again. Im not going to use it with the dog just yet but plan on getting cardio out of it for ME And then when I get better at it I’ll incorporate the dog.

Hallowed- thanks lady. I’m still adamant with eating intuitively and not by the clock. Still working on it. I can go without food all day if you let me. I was hungry 3 hours ago but I INSISTED on going out with the dog first before I ate. I like to work for my food even if I’m starving… I dunno why?
And the dog was lazy all morning til just about an hour ago

Ha no, I wasn’t particularly kick ass, I was bullied on the team by a friend, they were all hockey players, talk about kicking ass. My injure-proned ass isn’t built for contact sports, that was the first time I hurt my shoulder. But I do occassionally feel like pushing people out of my way more often than not.
That doggy sounds like he’ll keep you on the gogo, in a few years he’ll mellow out & want to sit in your lap.

As for the food front…i don’t know. I definitely DO NOT push IFing or warrior. Its totally not based in a scientific reality, and depends on one’s personal preference. I think given your thyroid sitch, you definitely need to go by what makes you feel your best, as well as something that you can regulate pretty easy - something thats tried and true, if that makes sense. But if anyone knows anything about diet, its you MiMs. So do you, girl!
Glad to see things going better. I agree with Maschy on the diet, I think it’s really personal, but wouldn’t really ever push IF. When I try to lift fasted, the world starts to fade away.

Re diet: I’ve always been an all day grazer. recently, I’ve started experimenting with IF. I find it makes me a little bingey when I do finally sit down to eat. The jury is still out.
